If you spend your time on Facebook checking out people's pages in the comforting knowledge that no one can see what you're doing - then we've got news for you...you might be about to get caught.
Checking out what the ex is up to, or how that annoying friend from school is doing, or just being plain nosy seems to be a common activity these days.
So the above headline, suggesting that might all be exposed, is likely to strike fear into the hearts of creepers everywhere.
That's because of a Facebook feature called stories.
Now if you've used Instagram or Snapchat stories then you'll know exactly where this is going.
On those platforms you can tell not only exactly how many people have viewed your videos or seen your images but you can actually see who has been looking at it.
Hence creepers could be about to get caught out.
Has your weird ex been checking out what you've been up to - now it'll be easy to tell.
The feature basically allows users to share updates and form a story that lasts for 24 hours before disappearing entirely - unlike a normal status that remains there forever. It also lists who has viewed the story and how many people have looked at it.
