How Can you post links on instagram

We love Instagram, its images, its stories and how easy is to communicate with followers through its audiovisual content. Instagram is the social network with the most active users and is growing at an extraordinary pace.
However, there are also downsides: It’s very difficult to lead users to a specific webpage.
Apart from using a link in the bio, there are a few limited options:
  • Adding a NON-clickable URL in each content or using apps that allow adding a link that must be inserted in the image’s text.
  • Through ads that will direct your audience to a specific landing.
  • Changing the link in the bio each time we publish something new with the inconvenience of having to edit the content to send users to that URL.
However, all these options are only part solutions. You must either go to the link in the bio each time, copy the link manually from the text of a publication or spend a lot of money on Instagram ads.
Because of this, we can’t really take advantage of all the potential this network has to offer and start guiding traffic to our website to buy something, read an article or look up a service.
Not being able to send traffic from our Instagram account to our website will be a thing from the past!
We have the perfect solution
How to publish links on Instagram
Let’s get started. We have created a new feature called Instagram Link that will allow you to link all of your images.
As we mentioned before, Instagram only lets you add a link in the bio of your profile.  Why not take advantage of it to show all your posts in a clickable way? Doing so, you will generate images that can lead you to a product page, publication or any specific landing page.

Links on Instagram from Metricool

This new feature will allow you to link any publication that you consider relevant. Simply follow these easy steps:
From your Metricool profile, access Planning and on the left menu click on the option “Instagram Link”. In this section, you can start linking your content:
  1. Select all the published content on Instagram that you want to appear with a specific link. All the links in red above your posts are images without a link so they won’t be shown.
  2. Configure the links that you want to show. Click on the red button with the link and paste it. The image will be added directly to the page that is created when your users click on the link in your bio.
  3. Copy the link that appears at the beginning of the images. This link is the one that you must add to your bio so your Instagram posts will appear with a link.
This is how your link in the bio will be displayed. It will create an identical profile like the one on Instagram but with the images that you selected.
When the user clicks on one of the images, he will be automatically directed to the landing you chose.

Choose posts to insert link

Once you first configure the content you want with Instagram Link, it will appear as in the image above. To keep adding new image links there are two ways to do it:
1.- From Instagram Link
Select “add picture” and all your images published on your profile will be displayed. Choose the one you want to appear with a link and it will be automatically added to the panel. Follow the same process to include the link.
2.- From Instagram content planner
We are here to make your life easier, so we have also created a direct way to add a link. Now, when you schedule your Instagram posts using the calendar within the planning menu you can find the option “add to your Instagram Link”.  Add your link directly from planning without having to go to “Instagram Link”

Instagram Links: Results, data and analytics

We decided to first test the new Instagram Link feature through the link in the bio and the outcome was very positive.
We increased the traffic to our blog from Instagram. You can check it on our evolution metrics for Instagram within our Metricool tool.
At the end of this section, there is a summary where you can check the number of “interactions”, “likes”, “comments” and also, the number of clicks that your images received.
We corroborated these results with Google Analytics to make sure we obtain the same conclusion. We compared May, when this option wasn’t available yet, with July, when we started using Instagram Link. We almost duplicated the number of visits to our website.
In our case, the traffic was directed to blog entries and not to product pages. If we were talking about an online store, we could check the level of interest toward an advertised product or the number of sales that came from Instagram.

Benefits of using links for your Instagram Posts

You probably understand some of the benefits that Instagram Link has to offer after having read about this new feature. Just to make sure you don’t miss anything, we list some of them.
  • Increase traffic to your web or blog from Instagram
  • Improve sales. A product is often sold just by the look of it. So, why not to take advantage of it? Create original and striking images of your product and lead your buyers directly to your product page. The decision to purchase is normally immediate. When we want something, we want it at that very moment. Make the decision easy for your potential buyers.
  • Measure the effectiveness of your Instagram strategy. If you work as a social media manager, you must know that your clients love to see that you have plenty of followers. We can assure you that they’ll also love to know that your strategies help to boost their sales.
Besides, apart from benefiting from Instagram Link with Metricool, you will also be able to plan your posts at the same time.
Everything that can be measured will help you be better, and now, you can plan your posts, add links to your images and monitor your results.
Did you start using links for your Instagram content? What are you waiting for?

How to separate my business facebook from personal

Think Facebook is just for friends? I did too until Facebook  rolled out a massive structural change to Facebook Pages. Now businesses that setup “Pages” have more options to use Facebook like a regular user. How does this benefit a small business or professional person like a blogger?
Use Facebook as Page
use facebook as

Facebook Page and the Facebook Profile

With a few simple steps I’m going to outline how it’s easy to separate Facebook “friends” into two distinct groups – your personal friends with your regular Facebook profile, and business fans and people you would like your page to be a fan of. Now, Facebook pages have the ability to like other pages. This comes in handy in four ways.
  • You can get other pages to notice your page when you like them.
  • You can keep updated on the news feed of other pages – and not see the feed in your personal account.
  • By liking other pages you are now in the group of people with similar interests.
  • You can comment on other pages as a page and get people to view your profile with your business pitch or any content you want.
I’ve heard of people using Facebook to network before with their personal profile. To me, it just doesn’t make sense. I think people live in two worlds – a business world and a personal world. In my case, my name is my brand. Since my business / professional name is the same as my real name, it causes an obvious problem on Facebook. I used to think that there were better tools to use for networking like Twitter and LinkedIn. But these new Facebook Page capabilities make networking on Facebook easy. Plus, Facebook opens your personal brand / business to nearly a billion people.

You don’t want your messages exposed to people who are not interested in receiving them. That’s why it’s important to have a separate Facebook Page. We all know people who send business-related messages on their personal accounts. Nobody likes that! If you don’t have a Facebook Page, creating one is easy. Once you have it set up, you can take control of it with the powerful Use Facebook as Page option.
Facebook now has a Follow Button to enable anyone to subscribe to your public updates. This may make sense for a personal brand, as long as your friends don’t mind seeing your topic-specific posts. You can create filters in Facebook for your posts, but this is kind of a hassle. Separate pages can make more sense. In all, it’s not easy to separate business and personal in Facebook without some work.
The Follow button language is inline with Twitter and Google+, so users are familiar with its functionality.

Use Facebook as Page

Use Facebook as PageThe new feature that changes everything is the “Use Facebook as:” section in the settings (Gear icon) menu at the top right of Facebook when you are logged in. Facebook updated their user interface so there is now a triangle icon drop-down in the top-right corner. You will see an organized menu of “Your Pages” and, if you setup a Facebook Business, your Facebook Businesses listed under “Business Manager.” A Facebook Business is sort of an alias for a real business. You can organize pages, people, and ad accounts under an umbrella business. This is mainly for larger businesses. Soloprenuers may want to stick with just setting up a page. Of course Facebook pushes business advertising hard to make money, so they will prompt you to create a Business and ad account. Facebook pages let you engage with people on Facebook while offering analytics tools to help you manage and track user engagement — personal profiles give you no analytics. Truth be told, you will probably need to spend money on Facebook to get people to see your posts because of the newsfeed algorithm.
Once you are logged into your page you now take on your alter ego. Step out of your Clark Kent suit and post, like pages, comment, and see a custom news feed – just like a Facebook superuser. And of course you can use the page to syndicate your content automatically as before using RSS from a Web site or blog.
use facebook as
Another great use of the Use Facebook as Page option is that you can aggregate news from pages you “like” in your industry. When you see a story that catches your attention you can comment on it. It’s much easier to see relevant news stories when you’re not seeing updates of your baby cousin’s new halloween costume. Since making comments in Facebook is easy and fast, you can really get your name out there. Also, I noticed some blogs I followed got more comments from Facebook than on the actual blog site. Interesting. I think more technically-oriented people sometimes forget that regular Internet users use Facebook most of the time. It’s how they “make the rounds” in the digital space. Plus PR people NEED to be on Facebook all the time, so you need a professional presence on Facebook to get noticed and interact.

FaceBook Page Tab  and the IFrame

facebook-coca-cola-pageYou’ll notice a big design difference with regular Facebook user profile and business Facebook Pages because of what’s called the tab feature of the Facebook Page. Facebook pages can have a design (if the owner chooses) that look like mini Web pages. They are even easier to create now that Facebook has migrated to what’s called the iFrame to display tab content.
iFrames are literally Web pages within Web pages, so regular Web designers can easily create pages and host them on another server outside of the Facebook domain. When users visit your page for the first time, your welcome tab can appear with your logo, fonts, videos, and any other marketing material. The sizes are small though, only 520 pixels or roughly 5 inches wide on a standard computer monitor. Facebook Pages don’t automatically come setup with the iFrame component, so you’ll need to install an iFrame app to get it to work. I’ve investigated a few iFrame apps and this one has the best reviews.
Simple pages aren’t all that you can do. Having developed Facebook Applications professionally, I can tell you there is so much you can customize to make your page fun and viral. Pages give you access to limitless creative possibilities – you just need a skilled programmer familiar with the Facebook platform. Wanna add a game to your page? No problem! Want to use their friends list or gain access to useful personal data to build your database? Yep, you can do that too.

Small Businesses Spending More on Facebook Marketing in 2011

Did you know small businesses are stepping up spending on Facebook marketing this year? According to an Inc Magazine survey, in 2011 businesses will spend more this year on Facebook than Twitter. Interesting. Twitter, blogs, and LinkedIn made the other top spots. What does this tell me? 1 billion Facebook users can’t be ignored. If you’re a small business or professional you need to respect the size of Facebook and its growing importance in the business community. With the increased features for separating personal accounts and business accounts, you can be sure Facebook has more in store for businesses. The place check-ins are already evidence of that. Think you can’t know what’s happening next? Developers usually know through a page Facebook has called Platform Migrations. It helps them prepare their code for services changes and major upcoming shifts. You may want to check it out as you get deeper into Facebook marketing since Facebook changes can derail your marketing if they remove features.

Separate Accounts for Facebook Business and Facebook Personal Accounts

People often wonder if you can have two fully separate Facebook accounts – the quick answer is sort of. Facebook Pages should be connected to a Facebook personal account. While you can create a new Facebook login (not profile) for a business page, why would you? It’s another login to have — everyone has a Facebook profile, and there aren’t any downsides to connecting a business page to your personal Facebook profile. Remember, someone has to make updates to the page.
When you create a new Facebook Page with a personal profile that account becomes an “administrator” of the page. You can also appoint others to administer your Facebook Page – useful for large companies or busy business people. Users must “Like” a page before they can become an administrator. You can also walk away from your Facebook Page and let others manage it completely. You can create as many pages as you want with your personal account.
Don’t bother trying to create a personal account with a business name. There’s a Facebook algorithm that checks names. It the name doesn’t look like a real name it won’t let you create the profile.

Can I Convert My Personal Facebook Profile to a Facebook Business Page?
How Do I Convert My Personal Facebook Profile to a Facebook Business Page?

Yes, you can, but this isn’t a great option. If you want to convert a personal profile to a business page it’s probably because it wasn’t setup properly. Business pages are for businesses. Before Facebook Pages, many business setup personal profiles for their businesses because that was the only option available to them. Now, you can convert the personal profile to a business page, but would your personal friends appreciate it? Do you want to lose your personal friends? I suggest creating a new, separate Facebook Page and let your friends know about it by posts in your personal feed and through page invitations.
Here is the official word from Facebook:
“When you convert your personal account to a Facebook Page, a business account will be created to manage your Page. We’ll transfer your current profile picture and add all your friends and followers as people who like your Page. Your account’s username will become the username for your Page, and the name associated with your personal account will become your Page’s name. If you want your Page to have a different name, consider creating a new one.
No other content will be carried over to your new Page, so be sure to save any important content before beginning the conversion”

What Benefits / Features do Facebook Pages Have Versus Facebook Profiles?

Facebook business pages are more capable than personal profiles. Useful Page features:
  • Tabs
  • Advertising
  • Like boxes
  • Multiple administrators
  • Categories – useful for the new Graph Search Facebook introduced
  • Instant followers – no one needs to accept the fan / follower request
  • Facebook Insights (analytics) – get useful information about your audience and posts. Personal profiles have NO analytics.
  • Peace of mind – know that with a page everything you post will be public – no need to worry about privacy or audience like with a personal profile
Like me, many people have a personal brand. I created a Facebook business page that included my real name, plus what I do. So, for example “Ken Morico Digital Consultant.” I have a Like box on my Web site that people can click. It helps my separate my family and my professional contacts on Facebook and helps me target my status updates.
When building your personal brand, you’ll also want to build up your authorship profile to establish your credibility throughout the Web.
Here’s what Facebook analytics look like:

I Want To Convert My Facebook Profile To A Facebook Page. What Do I  Lose / Need To Watch Out For?

Some people report that you lose the ability to comment in Facebook Groups once you convert your Facebook Profile to a Facebook Page. If you want to participate in groups, you can instead comment as your page on the walls of other pages and get conversations going that way. Also, Google+ and LinkedIn have strong communities and groups, so you may want to check out those as well.
When you convert your personal profile your friends will become your fans/followers. Do they want to? My guess is no. Be careful.

I am a Consultant / Advertising Agency, How Can I Manage Many Facebook Business Accounts?

When I worked for an agency, I setup a new, dummy Facebook profile to connect all the Facebook Pages to that separate account. It’s a good way to fully separate many business accounts from your own personal account. You might name that separate Facebook profile “Ken at Work” or make up a name. Then you can create pages using that account. For most small business users and entrepreneurs with only a few pages, I would recommend just using your own personal Facebook profile to connect your pages.

Facebook Timeline for Pages

Facebook Pages fully support the Timeline option just like personal profiles. Timelines are a great way to tell your brand’s story. Add milestones to fill your page and showcase your long brand history. Adding milestones is great because if you didn’t post anything to your page in the past or you are late to social media, users will have something to read as they scroll through your page.

Add milestones with the timeline. They display large and help tell your brand story.

Manage Accounts with HootSuite

HootSuite Tabs for business and personal separation
HootSuite can help you manage your social media accounts and help you separate your personal and professional social media lives. Basically, it uses tabs for each stream in a social media account. You can create custom tabs, for instance called “Personal” and “Professional” and keep track of feeds and special search feeds. For instance, I have a tab called “Monitoring” where I keep up to date on what people are saying in the blogging world, allowing me to enter the conversation at any time. With HootSuite’s posting abilities, you can choose which accounts you want to post from and schedule them in the future. Very handy. I’ve found monitoring works better with Twitter than Facebook primarily because I think people are better with hashtagging on Twitter.

How to have a followers on facebook

Follower count is often considered one of the vainest of vanity metrics. I can relate. I’ve had my fair share of ego tied to that golden number on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn—pointing out my follower growth to a friend one day and archiving emails just as fast as I could when growth doesn’t come.
Still, despite the vanity, there is value in follower count. While it seems like a smug number to chase, followers have a proportional impact on how far and wide your message spreads and the volume of how you convert.
I think the best bit of advice on followers I’ve read is from our co-founder Leo:
Quality is key. Quantity can’t be forgotten.
Follower count is one of the metrics we keep a close eye on with our social media reports andaudits. There is a lot of great advice on how to grow your followers on social media (much of which I’ll relay below), and at Buffer we’ve always been interested in the research behind the advice. How, specifically, can you increase your followers? Which actionable tactics can you take today to grow your follower numbers?
I went looking for data—and I think I found a few good answers.

10 tried-and-true bits of advice on follower growth

Before we get into the research-backed methods for growing your followers, I wanted to start off with some best practices for follower growth. You’re likely to come across these ideas when you’re searching for social media tips or reading up on how someone got the followers they did.
Here are the Big 10:
  1. Post great content
  2. Write a professional bio
  3. Use hashtags
  4. Place a widget on your blog
  5. Engage with others
  6. Make sure your content is shareable
  7. Reshare other people’s content
  8. Reach out to influencers
  9. Stay active
  10. Follow other users
There’s lots of really good advice here on what works and what doesn’t in terms of adding followers. These strategies are really good for consistent growth of your followers, and most of the advice you’ll read—How I Went From Zero to 380,000 Followers and Twitter Tips From a Marketer with 200K Followers—will be variations on many of these bullet points.
You may have noticed that there is no single, simple hack to get more followers. I’m afraid there’s no switch to flip to get the followers flowing. I’ve seen firsthand that the above tactics do work for building your follower count, so long as you can remain patient, determined, and consistent.
But while there’s no magic bullet for getting more followers, there is at least a good deal of research that can take you down the right path and ensure that your efforts are not in vain.Looking for a surefire way to gain more followers? There’s a good blueprint in this data.

Informers vs. Meformers: The key to getting 2x more followers

Are you an informer or a meformer?
Researchers at Rutgers University found that only 20 percent of us are informers on social media, while the other 80 percent are meformers. What exactly is a meformer?
  • Meformers — Users who post social media updates mostly relating to themselves
  • Informers — Users who post updates that are mostly information-sharing
The Rutgers team ended up creating the term “meformer” after analyzing data from a sampling of Twitter accounts. Their analysis, based on patterns of usage along with tweet and follower data, found a clear divide between those who share information and those who share about themselves.
And how does this relate to followers?
Informers had more than two times the followers of meformers.
It would seem that sharing information on social media is better for your follower count than sharing about yourself.
How can you tell which cluster you fall into—informer or meformer? The research study included an interesting breakdown of the classification of tweets. Researchers rated a sample of tweets and assigned a category to each. Overall, there were nine major categories that were used for classification. Do you recognize some of your tweets in the following examples?
According to the study, 53 percent of the tweets from informers fell into the Information Sharing category, whereas 48 percent of the meformers’ tweets were Me Now.

Takeaway

Aim to boost your information sharing on social media so that you more closely align with the informer cluster rather than the meformer cluster.

Be an authority: 100+ more followers for gurus, authors, and experts

Roy Povarchik has an interesting idea about follower growth. It’s called Twitter Greatness, and it goes something like this:
The real quick way to get a bunch of people following you: Be Barack Obama. Or Katy Perry. Or Joel Gasciogne.
What do folks like these have in common? Fame, yes. But they are also creators and doers and leaders. The act of creating is what sets them apart. Povarchik went so far as to create a helpful pyramid to display the heirarchy of greatness on Twitter. You can apply this pyramid to most other social networks, too, with a few tweaks (e.g., reporting is greater on Twitter than other networks).
Do you see yourself somewhere on this pyramid?
Of course, this interesting idea of greatness is made all the more powerful with some stats to back it up. Hubspot data scientist Dan Zarella researched the effect of authority in a Twitter bio. Have you heard variations on the theme of “don’t call yourself a guru”? Zarella found this to be false. Self-professed gurus have an average of 100 more followers than a typical Twitter user.
And it’s not just “guru.” Many different types of authoritative titles can help boost your follower count.

Takeaway

Create amazing things and be a leader in your industry. Then don’t forget to mention it in your bio. Terms like author, expert, founder, and official can be powerful assets to growing your followers.

Avoid bursts, and keep the followers you have

You could also approach the question of getting more followers from the other side: Part of having lots of followers is knowing how to keep them.
There was an interesting study by a group of Korean researchers into the how and why of unfollowing. They looked at 1.2 million Twitter accounts and analyzed 51 days’ worth of tweets and interactions. Through analysis and interviews, they found that the following factors came into play with unfollowing:
  • Leaving too many updates within a short time
  • Posting about uninteresting topics
  • Sharing the mundane details of one’s life
The interview portion of the research study revealed the concept of “Bursts”—too many updates all at once. More than half of unfollows come as a result of bursts.
There are other factors at play here, too, and many of them are areas that could ring true for marketers or brands. Do any of these types of tweets hit home for you?

Takeaway

To get a lot of followers, minimize the number of those who unfollow you. Avoid bursts by sending your updates with a scheduler like Buffer. And keep in mind other types of updates to avoid—politics, mundane topics, lack of personality, etc.

How to check whos viewing your facebook

Keep in mind that there is no guaranteed way to determine the identities of users who visit your profile, and any service or method claiming to do so is either inaccurate or a scam. It's also worth noting that, thanks to the News Feed's algorithm, visiting people's profiles is less common than it used to be.

Quick Summary

1. Open Facebook.
2. Click your name.
3. Click Friends.
4. Review the top 10 to 20 results.
5. Consider each of your top friends.
6. Look at friend suggestions.

 1
Using Your Friends List

  1. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 1
    1
Open Facebook. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ (desktop) or tap the Facebook app icon (mobile). This will open your News Feed if you're logged into Facebook.
    • If you aren't logged into Facebook on desktop, first enter your Facebook email address and password in the upper-right side of the page, then click Log In.
    • On mobile, you can log into Facebook by entering your email address and password when prompted and then tapping Log In.
  2. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 2
    2
Click your name tab. It's in the upper-right corner of the Facebook page. Doing so takes you to your Facebook profile page.
    • On mobile, tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner of the screen (iPhone) or the top-right corner of the screen (Android).
  3. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 3
    3
Click Friends. This is near the top of your profile page. This will bring up a list of your Facebook friends.
    • On mobile, tap Friends in the menu.
  4. 4
Review the top results. The top 10 to 20 friends in this list are the people with whom you have the most frequent interactions, which means that they most likely visit your profile more often than other people.
  5. 5
Consider each of your top friends. Someone who has a few hundred friends is much more likely to view your profile than is someone who has a few thousand friends; this will help narrow down the list of people who are likely to be viewing your page.
    • If you see a person with whom you don't go out of your way to interact, they're probably viewing your page a fair amount.
  6. 6
Look for friend suggestions. If you receive a Facebook notification urging you to add certain people, the people in question are most likely friends of one (or more) of your most frequent profile visitors.

 2
Using a Status

  2. 2
Select the status text box. Click or tap the text box near the top of the News Feed page. This text box usually has a phrase such as "What's on your mind?" in it.
  3. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 9
    3
Type in a neutral status. This might be a joke, a fact, or a general statement, but stay away from topics that will evoke strong emotions in your friend group.
    • Avoid mentioning sensitive or partisan issues.
    • Don't tag anyone in your status, as doing so will skew the test results.
  4. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 10
    4
Click Post. It's in the bottom-right corner of the status window.
    • On mobile, you'll tap Share in the upper-right corner instead.
  5. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 11
    5
Wait to see who likes the status. After a certain amount of time (e.g., 8 hours), review the status to see who liked it.
    • If applicable, make a note of who commented on the status as well.
  6. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 12
    6
Repeat this test several more times. You'll want at least 5 different statuses to compare against each other.
  7. Image titled See Who Views Your Facebook Profile Step 13
    7
Compare the mutual people who liked your statuses. If you noticed that a large number of the same people liked and/or commented on your Facebook statuses each time, they're probably visiting your Facebook page more often than other people in your friends list.

How to add admin in facebook page

Are you having trouble adding an Admin to your Facebook Page?  Even though you may be going about it the correct way, Facebook can be kind of flaky and not work correctly.  (Shocking, I know)
**Update – this post has been updated on June 19th, 2018
The standard way of adding an Admin is to go to Settings at the top of your Page, then select Page Roles on the left sidebar.
Add an Admin to your Facebook Page
Once you are there, you can add the e-mail address of the person you want to add as an Admin and select their level of access to your Page.  The e-mail address must be the e-mail address that they use to log in to Facebook.    Make sure you are giving them the appropriate level of access to your Page and that you trust this person!
But sometimes the Facebook Admin does not get saved in the Roles area no matter what you do!  Currently, the only way to get this corrected is to connect with the person as a friend first.
Adding an Admin to your Facebook Page
If the Admin Roles area says Pending next to their name then have them check www.facebook.com/pages while they are logged in to Facebook and look under the Invites section.  Invites to become an Admin sometimes show up there.

Adding an Admin to Your Facebook Page in Business Manager

If you are working in the Business Manager, you will have to either add the individual to your Business Manager (as an Employee) and then give them access to your Facebook Page.
Here is how you add an Admin to your Page through Business Manager:
  1. Navigate to your Business Manager at https://business.facebook.com/
  2. Click Business Settings in the upper right corner.
  3. Select People on the left side (it may already be defaulted to that option).
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to add (their Facebook login address).
  6. Make sure Employee Access is selected then select Next. Admin Access gives control over everything (billing, etc)
  7. Select the Page they should work on and then select Invite.
  8. If they are also going to work on the Ads Account you can invite them to that as well.
They should receive an email that they have been invited to work on your Page.

Inviting to be an admin on Facebook Page Business Manager

Watch out for these Facebook Admin Pitfalls!

#1 Make sure there is at LEAST 1 full Admin on the Page at all times

If you remove yourself as a full Admin and there is no other Admin on the Page, you will lose access to be able to add any other Admins.  Only a full Admin can add another Admin.
There is no troubleshooting for this problem other than to try and contact Facebook which is extremely hard to do.

#2  Do not give someone Full Admin rights that you don’t trust – they could delete the Page

Or they could remove you as an Admin and take over the Page.  Unfortunately there is not any way to troubleshoot this either – you will have to try to contact Facebook.

#3  If you delete yourself as a Facebook Admin, you will have to have another Admin add you back to the Page

You can delete yourself from client Pages that you no longer need access to or from Pages where you have transferred to another Admin, that is fine.  But if you still need access, do not delete yourself or change your level unless you need to.
Also, if you do need to transfer a Facebook Page from one person to another, a totally acceptable way to do this is to add them (as a full Admin) and then once you make sure they have access, delete yourself.
Hope that was helpful!
